Sometimes in life you get incredibly lucky. I had been told about Audley Travel and their wonderful reputation. I was connected to Marie who recently had returned from a thirty day training session in Morocco. She was very up to date with goings on in Morocco which was much appreciated.

It had been at least twenty five years since my last trip to Morocco. My how a country can change! I used to live in the south in a town called Taroudant and the only reliable form of transportation for the locals was camels and donkeys. Now, you are very lucky to even see a camel.

I had always wanted my partner Ora to see Morocco. Looking at photographs is one thing, but getting your feet on the ground is always better! We wanted to limit our travels to five main destinations. Of those five, the Atlas Mountains were our favorite. The Kasbah Bab Ourika couldn’t have been nicer and the people in the villages we visited were so hospitable. We could happily spend one entire vacation in this area.
